The Perfect Pine — Guest Agreement

HOUSE RULES

Guests are expected to treat the home with care and respect.
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No pets are allowed.
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests unless otherwise approved.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Exterior security cameras are installed at the garage entrance, front door, and lakeside screened porch. These cameras record video 24/7 and monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.

USE OF PROPERTY & AMENITIES

Guests have full access to the entire property and all amenities, including the lake and recreational equipment.

Use of the property and amenities is at the guest’s own risk. By booking, guests agree to assume all responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of all members of their group.

DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

FINAL NOTE

This home is meant to be enjoyed. Please be respectful of the property, the neighbors, and the surrounding environment.

Most importantly, relax, enjoy your stay, and make great memories.
